Long Island, NY (November 27, 2007) – Stanton Carpet Corporation, one of the nation’s leading manufacturers and importers of decorative, high-quality branded carpet and custom rugs, has acquired Antrim Carpets USA, Ltd., a leading importer and wholesaler of hand-loomed carpets and custom rugs from India for the residential and commercial markets. The announcement was made jointly today by Jonathan Cohen, Executive VP of Stanton Carpet, with Dan McGovern and Fran O’Neill, Antrim Carpet principals.
